4010 MOORPARK AVENUE, SUITE 118 (between Saratoga Avenue and San Tomas Expressway)

If you are coming from San Jose going north on Highway 280 :
1. Take the Saratoga Avenue Exit and follow the signs for Saratoga Ave South.
2. When the exit forks continue straight then loop up and over the highway. You will be heading south on Saratoga Avenue
3. Cross over all lanes to make a left on Moorpark Avenue (your first street, not a highway onramp).
4. Turn in one of the West Valley Executive Park driveways (before or after 4000 Moorpark), and building 4010 is behind this building. Once entering the lobby, take a right down the hallway and Suite 118 is on the left at the end. The hallway sign will say "Psychotherapy Offices."
Please come about 10-15 minutes early the first time to fill out paperwork, which I will leave in the waiting area on a clipboard.
If you are heading south on 280 toward San Jose:
1. Take the Saratoga Avenue Exit. As you come off the exit you may want to be in the middle lane, even though you are turning right, because you need to make a quick left afterwards.
2. Make a right on Saratoga Avenue
3. Cross all lanes quickly to make a left on Moorpark.
